This is a wonderful opportunity to “live the dream” in a secluded area in the heart of the Andalusian countryside, yet only 15 minutes from the lively buzz of the coast of the Costa del Sol, and just a few minutes from the delightful white mountain village of Sayalonga. 

The view of this property is straight from a picture postcard with an ancient palm to one side of the finca and a huge rubber tree to the other, with a vine covered pergola terrace in between and all around colourful bougainvillea and roses and fruit trees of all descriptions including nisperas, lemons, oranges, olives and more than fifty almond trees.  The outlook from the property is also stunning, taking in the surrounding lush green hillsides and sweeping down to the Mediterranean in the south.

Water is in plentiful supply here.  The finca comes with a share of La Paloma private water supply, plus an (unused) well, a deposit for rainwater, and a 600,000 litre deposito.  In addition, the plot descends to the bottom of the hillside to a free-flowing river which feeds a further 400,000 litre water tank from where the water is pumped to the house.  There is also a supply of town water to the property.

 A good drivable private track leads all the way to the bottom of the plot with no right of way for any other vehicles.
