Throughout the period the house was for sale you were consistently active in presenting it to potential buyers, even when they had not originally included the property on their viewing list. When it became clear that a serious buyer was on the market you went to great lengths to display the property, co-ordinating with us to make sure it was looking its best on the day. By allowing the prospective buyers a return visit and patiently allowing them to inspect the property for a full hour on a second viewing was no doubt instrumental in clinching the sale.
